- Booking status (confirmed, canceled, no-show)

- Device type and operating system
- App version

- Log data and error reports
2. Wallet & Payment Information
- GoPark does not store payment card or wallet credentials.
- Payments are processed securely by third-party providers such as:
- Whish
- OMT
- Audi Neo (Bank Audi)
- We only store transaction references, amounts, and timestamps for accounting and support purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Create and manage your account
- Process bookings and wallet top-ups
- Provide customer support
- Send booking confirmations and service notifications
- Improve app performance and user experience
- Prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We may share limited information with:
- Parking providers (only what is necessary to confirm your booking)
- Payment providers (to complete transactions)

However, no system is 100% secure, and GoPark cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Logging out from shared devices

- GoPark may use location data only when required to show nearby parking options.
- Location access can be disabled from your device settings, but this may affect app functionality.
9. Cookies & Analytics
- The GoPark website may use cookies or analytics tools to improve performance and user experience.
- These do not collect sensitive personal data.
10. Children’s Privacy
GoPark is not intended for users under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
