GoPark – Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the GoPark mobile application or website (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use GoPark.

 

1. Definitions

  • User: Any individual who uses the platform to search or book parking.
  • Parking Provider / Owner: Any third party offering parking spaces through GoPark.
  • Booking: A reservation of a parking space for a defined period.
  • Wallet / Credits: Prepaid service credits used exclusively for bookings on GoPark.

 

2. Scope of Service

GoPark is a technology platform that connects users with third-party parking providers.

GoPark does not own, operate, or manage parking facilities.

 

3. User Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information.
  • Each user is responsible for all activity under their account.
  • GoPark reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or fraud.

 

4. Booking Process

  • Users select destination, date, and time to view available parking options.
  • Prices may vary by location, duration, and parking provider.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after successful wallet deduction and system confirmation.

 

5. Pricing & Variations

  • Parking prices are determined by parking providers.
  • GoPark does not guarantee uniform or fixed pricing.
  • Prices displayed at booking time are final for that booking.

 

6. Wallet & Prepaid Credits

  • The GoPark wallet represents prepaid parking service credits, not electronic money.
  • Wallet credits:
    • Are non-transferable
    • Are non-refundable
    • Cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash
  • Wallet credits may only be used to book parking services on GoPark.
  • Credits may have an expiration date, which will be displayed at purchase time.

 

7. Payments

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Whish, OMT, Audi Neo).
  • GoPark does not store users’ payment credentials.
  • GoPark is not responsible for payment delays or failures caused by external providers.

 

8. Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds

  • Cancellation rules depend on the parking provider.

  • Failure to arrive within the allowed grace period may result in a no-show, and wallet credits may be deducted.

  • Wallet top-ups and packages are non-refundable.

 

9. Parking Usage Rules

  • Users must comply with the rules of each parking facility.
  • Any damage, fines, or violations are the sole responsibility of the user.
  • GoPark is not responsible for vehicle damage, theft, or loss.

 

10. Parking Providers

  • Parking providers are responsible for availability accuracy.
  • GoPark may suspend or remove providers who fail to meet quality or reliability standards.
  • GoPark does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any parking space.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Lebanese law:

  • GoPark shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • GoPark’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected booking.

 

12. Fraud & Abuse

GoPark reserves the right to:

  • Cancel bookings
  • Suspend wallets

  • Block accounts
    in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform.

 

13. Data & Privacy

User data is handled in accordance with GoPark’s Privacy Policy and applicable Lebanese data protection laws.

 

14. Modifications

GoPark may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Lebanese courts.
